Pretty much, by the way I don't drink coffee. As for sugar I don't know i may be addicted, not sure. Not a giant fan or sweets however i do eat them, and sugar is almost everything already. I don't really add it to stuff though either :/ Either way nice strawman (b•_•)b

I am aware, not a big fan of energy drinks, mountain dew, or other soda brands or tea either. However yes it's in plenty of other things to. I don't actively seek out any of the major sources of it was my point. Again however i will not say that i do not consume it cause I probably do on the rare occasion without realizing it
