Edited by PizzaMan725: 12/6/2016 2:33:05 PMDisappointment is only based off the false expectations that come with the community trying to create hype from the minimal information they get.

3 RepliesRise of iron wasn't that bad.

5 RepliesDark Below had the best raid gear in the game. The first SRL was awesome. Still my favorite event, aside from Iron banner. Vanilla Destiny laid the groundwork for the game many of us have spent hundreds of hours playing. And Rise of Iron is generally considered to have the best story of all of the DLC's. The Dawning looks really cool. I'm still trying to figure out a way to finagle access to a PS4 (without having to, you know, buy one) so I can participate in it.

12 Replies~Dark below was pretty good. Only problem I had was how you got the necrochasm. ~First SRL exceeded my expectations. only bummer was the book being 10$ ~Vanilla destiny for all it's faults kept me around due to it's quirks. I have #rememberthelootcave on my profile for a reason. ~RoI by far was the best piece of content they delivered. Only reason taken king was up there in terms of quality is because it was the dlc that essentially rebooted destiny and made it's base mechanics better. I may rag on destiny and Bungie from time to time but even I acknowledge a lot of the good they've done. People getting this stingy and pissy over free content just reeks of entitlement to me.

3 RepliesThe hype is minimal. Calm yourself. It's free.

2 RepliesAll i saw was just reskins and points for strikes that just make me sick and can't see anymore after playing the same crap over and over and over again...honestly, not hyped in any way! also didn't liked SRL in the past, so another reason for me not being too hyped on this...new planets, actually TRULY new stuff could be something that might hype me...but the mourning...well, no

Not impressed.

Luke Smith acting all like Steve Jobs revealing the new iPhone when any minuscule amount of content comea out for Destiny.

What the hell is a traveler?

I think it's one of their biggest faults, usually nothing can live up to big hype & Destiny is most definitely no exception 😬

I just wish they kept up the dlc like in year one. Destiny is fun and all but not fun enough to repeat the same strikes and raid over and over for 2 years.

1 ReplyRemember when people didn't ruin good jokes by doing them to death? Yeah... I don't remember that, either.
-
1 ReplyThe main thing to remember, is what they did to Mythoclast. Shameful

the disappointment is only from those setting expectations that are unrealistic. Always expect nothing and you will always be pleasantly surprised.
