So we finally have an official release date of December 20. Personally I have been waiting SO LONG for this to come out. I loved the first 2 seasons and all DLC, and it's arguably one of the best narrative video games out there. And even better you get it all for $20.
So who's excited? Is anyone expecting this to be a bad season? Good season? Why? What do you think has happened with Clementine? And lastly, at the end of S1… did you pull the trigger?
Also they are running the game on a new engine that looks pretty amazing. This is nice to see as graphics/frames have always been what they were criticized for.
As of December 2nd, we have a trailer! Not too much shown, but we got the backstory of a new character. And Clem has really changed. The game looks amazing graphic/performance wise.

2 RepliesAnother game where my choices don't matter! YAY!

11 Replies*Spoiler below* Interested to see how they implement the endings into the next game because it can end with Clem on her own with the baby, with Kenny and they find that settlement (which you can choose to stay with him or leave) or you can go back to the mall. Either way I'm very excited.

I just want to know if season 3 will actually use the choice you made in season 2

17 RepliesEdited by Murph Tha Smurf: 11/29/2016 7:36:05 PMScrew anybody who pulled the trigger. I don't humanly see how in the hell you could make that choice. Edit: I thought we were referring to season 2's ending, since that was more recent. Somehow missed the "S1" and was confused because it's technically not you pulling the trigger. As for the actual topic, hype is real. I feel telltale has learned from S2, (the worse of the two) and they've been cranking out solid games like Tales and Batman.

Surprised they announced this and not minecraft season two. Too bad it's not game of thrones season two or wolf among us season two. But salt aside, I'm kinda looking forward to playing it when it's finished releasing.

1 ReplyRip Lee he was a real one

Season 2 was one one of the only games that ever made me cry. It was in Clem's dream, the one after she got shot. She's back in the RV with Lee and she's just... innocent again. She's curled up in his lap wanting everything to be okay. She wants to be safe, she wants to feel protected. And the only person who ever made her feel like that in this mess of a world was Lee. But he's gone and Clementine, little Clementine, is forced to grow up and will never be safe and will never feel protected again. Because those things are dreams.

13 RepliesI pulled the trigger at the end of both seasons.

3 RepliesWith the first season, I was at first trying to keep Clem as innocent as I can, and that meant no killing whatsoever. When she saved that woman at the school by shooting the Zombie, that was basically one of the biggest examples that keeping her "safe" was not all possible. Anybody living in a world like that has to get some amount of blood on them. So I wanted her to pull the trigger. To kill her Zombie apocalypse father figure is a step forward into making her ready for a new world in which stuff like that is the necessary way of living. I have not played the second season, I only played the first when they first came out on the 360

1 ReplyAwesome! I can't wait to complete it in 2018!

BUTT -blam!- YEA!!

Can't wait to see. My only hope, however small, is that Clementine makes her way into the actual show at some point. Could you imagine her just sh#t talking to Rick and Carl?

I hear that the beginning of season 3 will be based off the final decisions of season 2. I don't know if they're actually going to pull that off, considering the fact that Jane and Kenny had two completely different destinations in mind. But if they find a way to make it work without having the same exact start with the only difference being you're either with Jane or Kenny, then that will be great. I hope that it'll be more like season 1, season 2 was good but I just didn't like it as much.
