I mostly just listen rap, but every once in a while I get tired of it and listen to a lot of rock. However, I only have a small collection of rock songs I listen to, and only one band that has more than one song that I enjoy. Any recommendations?
The songs I enjoy the most are Stockholm, bliss, and butterflies in hurricanes, by muse, black grease by black angels, and Hysteria by Ceremony.
TL;DR: Shove new music in my cornhole.

Pro tip: When you have run out of music, make a radio station of an artist you listen to on Pandora. In this case, make Muse Radio or Ceremony Radio on Pandora. That's how discovered a lot of the bands I listen to now.

1 ReplyI was working in the lab, late one night When my eyes beheld an eerie sight For my monster from his slab, began to rise And suddenly to my surprise He did the mash, he did the monster mash The monster mash, it was a graveyard smash He did the mash, it caught on in a flash He did the mash, he did the monster mash From my laboratory in the castle east To the master bedroom where the vampires feast The ghouls all came from their humble abodes To get a jolt from my electrodes They did the mash, they did the monster mash The monster mash, it was a graveyard smash They did the mash, it caught on in a flash They did the mash, they did the monster mash The zombies were having fun The party had just begun The guests included Wolfman, Dracula, and his son

Protest The Hero, Deftones, if you want some brutal obscenity then The Acacia Strain do that very well indeed. But if you want -blam!-ing amazing blues-rock, I strongly STRONGLY suggest you listen to Robot/Hive Exodus by Clutch. It is one of the best albums I have ever had the pleasure to listen to. In fact, I have yet to hear a Clutch song that isnt brilliant. Most underrated band of this generation. No exaggeration.
