The opening can be simplified : 3 station people, 1 left/middle cover, 1 right/middle cover, 1 runner.
Station people do adds and yellow big shanks control at their stations, covers help two stations , runner always charge (choose station, we did center)
Makes it easier when LL are low because you have more people on add / shanks control. It takes a bit more time but still not long.

Thats how we did first part just one runner everbody else just focused on taking out yellow bar shanks and adds ,seem to work pretty well
