I did.
And for platinum you only need 3 playthroughs, or you could just reload save states. Also you barely have to do any sub plots.

4 playthroughs, and it fits your criteria of more than 1 character. That alone took around 50 hours. Add on to that side quests, locations, trophies, and you have maybe around another 50-70 hours. Not that much compared to New Vegas.

For me the game was longer but whatever. Arguing about the length of the game was kind of stupid tbh. I'd still like the game, even if it was short. Yeah, even though I loved Bloodborne, SOTFS, The Witcher 3, MGSV and Batman Arkham Knight, I still enjoyed Fo4 the most in 2015. And that's some pretty big competition.
