I'd have to say: Megaman Battle Network 3 White. I know it's a gameboy advance game, but my god, I put almost 100 hours into that thing, and didn't even come CLOSE to beating it. Hell, after you beat the original game, there's another 6 stars you have to get to fully beat it.
