I left in November and played Fallout fulltime and then Division came out and all my friends were like "buy it! buy it!" so I did and I got up to about level 30 and lost interest and went back to Destiny. I'll go back to Fallout when the dlcs come out but as far as my every day wake up while having coffee game, that's going to be Destiny for a while.

Division will be my main social game while Dark Souls 3 will be my solo game. I might be back for Destiny's next major release. So far this expansion seems to be purely cosmetic and would get old after a few weeks like HoW.

11 RepliesNo. I'm replaying Dark Souls 1 and 2. Then on the 12 I'm going to be playing Ds3, and in between that, the Division. By the time I've had my fill with the Incursion (I'll never have my fill of souls games), I'll be on DOOM, Uncharted, and not long after, No Man's Sky. Don't care about the guns I have or had already, I'm not regrinding for them. PoE mechanics look essentially the same. The taken thing is Variks armor not a shader. Unless they put out custom, weapon restricted Playlist for pvp, to really switch things up and introduce variety, I won't be back till Destiny 2. Maybe.

Destiny is a game you play, burn out on, then return to later when things pick up. That's why it's such a wonderful game (besides its godly mechanics). No one should play one game CONSTANTLY unless you're some MLG tournament player, or it's a MOBA. I will play Destiny, but not at launch of update. Dark Souls 3 and Ratchet & Clank launch on that day.

4 RepliesIf you want to feel value in a game..... lol ........ look up. Just look at the skybox. Wander destiny looking at the world above you......walk through division and look up at those n64 grade 5-10 story buildings. 5 story buildings all over Ina city riddled with sky scrapers. Good stuff.

Even though I haven't left and don't plan on leaving this update really isn't all that big and certainly doesn't offer very much replay ability. It's mostly cosmetic.

1 ReplyDo people really exist that, for whatever reason, believe that it's only possible to play one game? Do these folks actually go out and spend hundreds of dollars on a gaming console just to play that one game? What happens when they get bored of playing that game? Do they scrap the game console? Seems like a huge waste of time, effort, money, etc. But, to each his own I suppose. I can remember times when I was working on playing 5 and 6 games at once...can't imagine limiting myself to playing one singular game but whatever.
