Okay so apparently some of you are saying my post was sexist.
Here's the original post summed up "Why do SOME female gamers feel like they deserve special treatment. I've had a hard time with some over the course of 3-4 days thinking they're on top of everyone and simply being annoying. We get it your a girl you deserve no special treatment. Let's get rid of "female gamer" and just call yourself a gamer.

I can't say they feel they should be treated differently, as I'm an intelligent man, but I cannot comment on what another person feels or thinks. But, I can comment on me. I can say I would personally be more patient or amenable to female gamers because..... vagina..... I like vaginas. I admitt, I am weak to vaginas.

Some guys act like they're aliens or something or aggressively want them out or girls need to behave a certain way. It's funny and a little sad.

The need protection and help as they are weaker than us and need us to be strong and helps them do the night falls and kings falls. But they are really good too and could be better than guys at playing if they all just wasn't girlz. But I still thinks that they are equal except they have vaginas and like that they smell like a meadow. And can't really do stuffs like build or be strong. But other than that they is equal and if you aren't nice to them then I'll join your party and make them girls feel safe because I will tell you that you are bad in front of them and that will make the girl feel safes. 3 RepliesI haven't spoken with any woman that has this train of thought (at least in Destiny). What I have noticed are the forum posts created by women stating that they have been kicked or treated unfairly because they're a woman (with little to no evidence) and men stating that women are always treated unfairly in video games (which is entirely a load of garbage in this generation of video games). The only women I really have issues with are the streamers that seem to show their tits more than they show their gameplay.

Sounds like what you have an issue with is young gamers. Whether they be male or female they have a much higher rate of being annoying. It does sound kind of sexist to complain about women without taking into account other more important factors that determine behavior. :)

I think it depends, while some may feel like they are "special" it would be kind of hard to not feel that (and act that wat) way when so many people gasp and ouu and ahh when they find our you are a girl. Alternatively you find some people who criticize girl gamers harshly so why not fond people who would go out of their way to make you feel special?

Every time I've joined a fireteam or party with a female in there, usually everyone is constantly trying to make her laugh, get her attention, and do funny things. When I join, I try to treat girls the same as guys (of course, with a little more respect). But, a lot of girls on here like the attention. Simple as that. Some GUYS like attention. If you like attention, you do things to get attention if people don't give it to you. Like I said, it's not all girl gamers, just the some that crave the attention. Not all females crave the attention like some.
