Longest boss battle you ever had.
I was soloing the prison of elders on normal lcl 28 (im 34) did alright then the boss was the cabal one. I died like 7 times thank god i was sunsinger fireborn, it was a 20 minutes battle.
Edit: only boss battles that was long battles not died and having to restart or something like that.

First time doing phogoth we didnt have a strat or good weapons we were level 10 x3 so 2levels below the recommendend level.and that was on the first day of destiny so there were no strat vids.

Nexus Solo Nightfall was a pain. A whole 1 hour it took me snipe him.

Phogoth nightfall solo back in vanilla destiny. Didn't had special ammo synths back then so I just sat in the room in the back and shot him with my primary or special.

First omnigul nightfall solo.

Started a new character was lvl 13 on the lvl 12 phogoth strike got matched with 2 lvl 8's. We used the nightfall strat and just phogoth took us over an hour without wiping too

Holy -blam!-ing Skolas took me 3 hours when I beat him. Was on my warlock but I recently relevel was him so you won't see the stats.

Lol level 24 Strike back in the day, stuck on the Spider Tank for 45 minutes at least, the overall strike took 90 minutes

I'm going to go with Metal gear solid 3 the end for solo bosses...no idea how long it took me, but it took to long lol

1st Y2 nightfall, got in the glitch spot on dark blade and had to use the ice breaker
