After today's hard mode raid, I have every single piece of armor that can only drop from the hard mode. On all three characters I might add. That's right, I have the harrowed helmet, gauntlets, chest armor, leg armor, as well as the class item. I feel pretty good about it. Now any harrowed piece of armor can be infusion fuel to my exotic armor.
