Fixed shadowshot, but not sunbreaker.
Sigh. Really guys? The community all agrees, sunbreakers are slightly OP at the moment. How about fixing them?

Hah obviously you dont play sunbreaker. They got a blanket nerf. Ive been headshotted out of HoS with full health and armor. GG now is a oneshot. We are way easier to kill now.

i feel that considering most of the people who have a super capable of a counter save their supers solely for shutting down sunbreakers is enough of a reason to give them a small nerf.

They should have just given Nightstalker a different perk than quiver. Three shots is OP as -blam!-. That would help to balance Sunbreaker.

The stats of all these people with the opinion that Sunbreaker isn't OP is actually hilarious, you guys need to go back to patrol and stay out of the crucible and forums, even though I love me some free kills.

I have not problem with it. You do have to pay attention to when they pop it so that you can use corners to your advantage, but if your team is working well together, you can take them down pretty quick.

11 RepliesThe whole debate of sunbreaker being OP is valid. Saying nightstalker is an easy way to disable it is stupid. How is getting 5 kills with sunbreaker not OP? If I did use a bow on his ass that's me wasting my super just to take away his super not getting kills with it. So that is a dumb point

So maybe balancing the health regen to the same levels (i believe it's higher on sunbreaker cauterize perk) or reducing the armour for sunbreakers would even it out. Coming from a Titan, I do believe a change is needed but only a small one. If the right tweak is done, it should balance it out

Nerf the armor and they will be destroyed, I was playing iron banner as a 300 light Titan, using sunbreaker and going against 310 golden gunners, they could one shot me, like they will if the nerf the damage resistance on sunbreaker, and you don't even have time to throw the hammer, the hammer has an animation, and travel time, and arc. If you nerf sunbreaker golden gun will be back to top tier bullshit. You have time to react to sunbreaker. But no time to react to golden gun. It's instantaneous death
