Ok, so you can sometimes kill a single enemy with that helmet lol Sometimes you can't even take down one shielded enemy if the sheild isn't solar, i have had this happen even with the nighthawk
-
Damn that sucks man. To be honest I haven't even used celestial nighthawk in year two yet. I've only been using Nightstalker in PVE, cause the sub class is more PVE oriented compared to the other two Hunter sub classes.
-
Heard that lol I haven't used it in ttk yet so idk if they buffed it a little but i doubt it. It does take a sizeable hunk of bar off boss level enemies, probably because they aren't sheilded. Those two classes are the only two that are almost completely neutered for pve, great in pvp, but useless but for secondary abilities in pve
-
Totally agree. Gunslinger and Blade Dancer are great for pvp, but really lackluster for PVE. Even more so now, since Nightstalker can go invisible with their smoke grenades too.
-
We don't really have a need for all that invisibility in ttk though....so yeah, mightstalker is currently better all around because of the other more useful abilities
-
Idk, I think I'd still use a blade dancer because of the crouch invis and double blink strike invis with claws and super invis +shadowjack....if you need invis, blade dancer is still the way to go
-
sometimes it doesn't even down a yellow bar which is kind of disappointing..
-
Yeah, that is disappointing if true. I have yet to try the Celestial Nighthawk (mines only at 280 light) in end game content.

One shot. One shot. One.
One shot.
So....not two? Haha JK. It would be awesome if they buffed the damage even more to allow consistent kills with majors. Make it three golden gun shots that are the same damage output as the one from Celestial Nighthawk. That would be awesome.
