The only time I have died at totems is when I was doing right side and the oculus was already used there so no cover right. And my team was having serious issues so I had to stand on the plate for almost a minute while they got there crap together and by the time they continued a had already gone down. It shouldn't take a minute for your team to do the sequence.

Dude he's talking about the totems where one person has the Brand of the Weaver and then you have to run to the middle to have the Deathsinger Power taken off. You are talking about the War Priest.

What!!!!!! No he isn't!!!! You can't die during that?! Are you serious! My team calls the war-priest sequence things totems. I didn't think he meant the first part of the raid. Oh god. People die during that.

those are glyphs/obelisks/monoliths. The totems are referring to the annihilator totems in the warpriests test.
