But that assumes that the population of people who regularly check in on Bungie.net's forums represent an equal cross-section of all Destiny players in the world. And that's never been true. Ever since the Halo days, this site is where the hardest of the hard core players come to hang out and talk about their favorite game. Obviously the people who visit the Destiny forums to talk about the game are much more involved with it than those who don't. And it stands to reason that because of this, they'll be (for the most part) better than average at the game. Once again, it's been this way on Bungie.net for over 10 years -- believe me, I know. There is no doubt in my mind that the users who post here are experts/mavens. To put it simply, they are capable of talking about Bungie games at a much higher, much more in-depth, and much more knowledgeable level than average, and are almost always better at the game than average. Frankly, I'm surprised that the numbers of above-average players in this poll aren't higher than they are (though maybe it makes sense because this poll is focused on Crucible only).

I'm really good, I run my nirwens mercy and chaperone combo. My K/D in rift i think is 2.2 or something like that

Used to be bad, i had a .5 kd Now i always go top 3 in the game top one or two on team Kd about 1.8 now a days Still low because of pre dark below pvp skill

Average. I'll have a phenomenal game now and then, but awful games at other times. Usually hover around a 1.2, but those pvp exotic quests got my k/d all kinds of -blam!-ed up.

Considering the general skill level of people playing PvP, I'd say I'm above average. I swear the people I join don't even bother checking their radar.

I think it's interesting this OP makes a post about being good in crucible. Then you check and see he's in the average group, and wonder why bother to begin with?

I get in between 1.3 and 2.0 normally, but i have my downs like everyone else, so i say above average my self

Last time I checked I had 1.2... I have good games n bad games. Idk how I get good games cuz if I did thn I'd replicate thm. Whenever I play with my friends, they're always better thn me... so I guess im a scrub.
