For those who defend Hammer of Sol
First off, let me be clear; I loved Titans in year 1, and I still love them now, but this post is directed toward people who try to say that the Hammer of Justice should not be nerfed due to Titans' weak year 1 PvP game.
Just because your supers last year might not have been the best, doesn't mean that this monstrosity of unbalanceness shouldn't be nerfed. Seriously, I'm all for Titans having great supers, and I want all the classes to be viable in both PvP and PvE, but that doesn't mean we can let one super completely rule PvP like Bladedancers did early last year. The supers, in their current state, are unbalanced, and that is a problem regardless of who has the short end or long end of the stick. Thank you for reading.
Oh, and if anyone points out to me that Hunter supers were OP year 1: Yeah, I know, it sucked, and I wanted them to be nerfed when they were OP just as much as I want Sunbreaker to be nerfed now.

Day one players on the forum, remember how the exact same thing happened with people complaining about blade dancers/ gunslingers? And bungie were all like " yo were looking into it don't worry" -blam!- all happened and now everyone is chill anyway. Im a titan and i do think the hammer of justice needs about a 10-15% armour reduction.

I main hunters (xbone and ps4) and the only thing I've felt was a little op was the instant heal and the splash damage the no one seems to acknowledge which has the effect of a nova bomb essentially from what I can tell. With that being said I would prefer them to change the recover to something like the NS perk that stacks recovery and armor with ss assists, and make the hammer a ohko in pvp only when it directly hits ie cut pvp splash damage by 1/2

1 ReplyThe hell are you people on about? They've been nerf'd. There isn't anything wrong with them now. So what if some Sunbreakers are beefy-er than others? It's all a matter of what perks they use. Same goes for Hunters and Warlocks. They can all be neigh unstoppable if you set them up right. So before you bitch about nerf this or nerf that, go out and fcking play as the class you want fixed. And I mean really play as them, you have an option in this game to have one of each, use it! Don't be one of those fgts who has multiple of the same character, what's the point of that anyway? To play 30 or 60 percent of the game gives you absolutely no room to bitch about anything.
