Best pulse rifle currently?
Just would like to know which one I should be on the look out for, I've heard good things about apple of discord and the FWC pulse.
Any advice would be appreciated

OK well I really appreciate all the info guys, as it stands right now my only 2 real options I can get right away are the villany or apple of discord, i have a hawksaw and it just didn't feel right
I'll definitely keep and try out all the others you guys have said when and if I get them
A lot more replies than I had expected, once again thanks for all the opinions, I went ahead and got the villany for now
UPDATE: so I ended up buying the villany from FWC, and I must say its very impressive!! Haven't had any other drops as far as pulse rifles go, been on the look out for spare change
And for all of you that say red death well sad story, I'm a beta player and have never had one lol and am always out of town when xur has sold it or just didn't get on and realize

The best pulse rifle, AND BEST CRUCIBLE WEAPON IN THE GAME RIGHT NOW, is the Grasp of Malok, no arguments, done and finished. TripleWreck has done three 5+ hour omnigul grinds on twitch and showed how powerful it is in IB. Everyone should know it exists by now. If you don't, get out from under your rock. A few days ago I posted here saying how I wanted it to remain a secret, but now I'm trying to find a farm group to get a better roll and nobody is doing it, because nobody f*cking knows about it. EDIT: didn't expect this kind of large response. No, I am not saying it is the best just because TripleWreck uses it. I got it before Triple even knew it existed, and it's on my hunter now, as well as IB pulse, and before them I used Villainy and hawksaw. I own a y2 bad juju and red death as well. What I'm saying is that I have experience with every "power pulse" in the game, and Grasp of Malok completely trumps all of them. The kill time is ridiculous, faster than any other weapon I've used. There's virtually no breaks between bursts, making it difficult for an enemy to run away after being hit once. My overall point is that there are plenty of resources to learn about the different weapons and other items in this game. Going on the forums and asking "what is this?", "where do you get that?" makes you look like an annoying kid that has to ask about everything. Find out for yourselves, or at least make an effort to. And if you want to use other weapons, I have no problem with that, but don't dismiss the gun if you haven't even used it yet. Btw if anyone would like to grind the strike to get good rolls, PM me. We can arrange times :) EDIT 2: lol people are still replying to this? Now even Gothalion, MsTeamKK, and Datto have done Omnigul grinds. All of them say the Grasp is their favorite PvP weapon. Btw Nirwen's Mercy is highly overrated; it has the exact same archetype as the Villainy, which has been available since day 1 of TTK, and most of you who are fanboying over it probably have it as your only pulse rifle. You can't make a comparison of it to the Grasp if you haven't even used the Grasp yet.
