I have a feeling in a later game or DLC she will eventually turn against us. I personally believe the only reason she's so hellbent on killing every last hive god and major hive figure is she wants to be their queen.

He also kicked him out for supposedly finding too much about the enemy, like the knowledge of what exactly you're fighting is bad. It doesn't get much more shady than that.
