3 of coins
I have bought 3 of coins several times. Not once have i received an exotic. To me, their a waste of rare coins. I did the scourge of winter, using 4 of them, nothing. Any suggestions? Please the only way i have recieved exotics is through legendary points at this time.

Just run reg vanguard playlist and use one right before boss I usually get a exotic out of 8 try's. You might be using them to fast in the winter strike they patched that. I've got exotics back to back on 2 strikes.

1 ReplyI read through the comments and you keep saying you would rather wait for xur to sale things. But xur comes once a week and sales 5 things, legacy engram y2 gun and one thing for each class. Even though you think they are a waste they can help until xur comes back next weekend. So you don't have to wait a week to get another exotic. Even if it doesn't drop exotics for you. You can get a butt load of purples that also have a chance to be exotic.

Don't use all 5 just use one then try again if you didn't get one it goes from 1-7 until guaranteed

I got 3 exotics on around 6 vanguard strikes last night. I think it comes in streaks as I wasn't that lucky previously. Too bad I keep getting Alpha Lupi though. I get it even when I have it equipped at the cryptarch! :/

3 RepliesWhat I think helps is doing vanguard heroics so legendaries drop. When I don't get an exotic I'm likely to get one next strike and the vanguard streak increases drop chances for engrams with each strike you complete without stopping. Just yesterday in 15 toc I got three exotics and 12 legendary not to mention blue out my ears so keep doing vanguard heroics you'll get loot

3 RepliesThey don't stack by using two or three at a time that's a waste use one at a time if you don't get one it increases the chance for the next one
