Maybe we got lucky but our team beat golgoroth in 4 tries and 4 of us never even did the raid before. Once we got the mechanics down it didn't seem overly difficult.

10 minute enrage timer....multiple strats to use to get him half health in one go...he's friggin easy

It's not that hard, you just have to have everyone who's not dealing with the gaze to shoot him in his precision area (stomach/chest area that opens up) with decently high impact snipers or heavy machine guns. Also make sure that everyone shooting him is in the the pool in order to get the damage buff; if you're not in the pool there's no way you'll kill him. It's really not all that difficult if you all do your part.

On my first try of the raid on my Warlock last night we killed him first time no wipes. Sniper and sleeper simulant are key.

Haha really? Just have a good team, no one dies and ur done super quick. It's so simple and one of the easiest parts of the raid. Last time we did it only one person died and that was cuz his controller died and he had to go FIND batteries. He died while putting in the new ones so just....well to put it simply..DO BETTER
