It's the only legendary sniper of that high damage archetype out at the moment. I would use it regardless of LitC, it has the most damage output with the same amount of bullets.

1 Reply75 percent of the time you have the upper hand in those situations. Are you not skilled enough to work with that? Also, any sniper could have done the same thing in the same situations by hitting the head. Regardless of the perks, he knew the enemy had a sniper and just ran out in the open and somehow you guys are surprised when he gets killed.

I love sniping,,, I'm using the 1000 yard stare now,,,but also have the litc...I gotta say for a person who goes for headshots at all times...its a great backup for when you miss and bodyshot them...but it's luck too...so to all the cry babies out there git gud....

I'm not very happy bungie removed a ohk body shot only to bring in another but it can't be abused so it doesn't matter. Litc and zen moment are bad perks anyways, at least for me. I'd rather not HOPE the litc procs if I get a body shot so I like the outlaw eirene much better
