"Adds" is stupid
Who else is sick of people screeching about "adds" the whole time you're raiding?
Just shut up or call them something else.
example: "KILL ADDS"
"IM GAY FOR ADDS"
"ADDS OVER THERE"
"HMNNNGGGG ADDS"

That's what they're called in ever raid scenario, there's a boss and anything else becomes an "add". In world of Warcraft if you're just walking around they're called mobs, and in Tera they're called bamf.

If I find one or more individuals who I forsee a problem with i repeat instructions 2 or even 3 times, they then get 2 chances to run the encounter and -blam!- up. If they -blam!- up twice and don't have any questions as to what they did wrong, they immediately get booted. Yes repeating yourself is good, and absolutely necessary for most ppl.

Very annoying. But knows what really grinds my gears? People who refer to things and/or say "cheese" in regards to beating something easier. I really wish I knew who started saying that. So I could kick them in the deek
