He either goes insane with your help and you either let him rot into a husk of the good man he once was or euthanize him, sets himself on fire and dies while unintentionally becoming the villain by living long enough to see himself make a mistake when it is too late to fix it or you kill him while he is still competent and become more of an ass than Patches, Patches, Pate and Patches combined.
