Will Touch of Malice become a raid requirement?
So I got Touch of Malice the other day and I love it, so I decided to use it during Oryx. When you have the immortality, you can use the final shot (which does double damage and never runs out) for as long as you want, so everyone can do high amounts of damage to Oryx. Do you think it will become a raid requirement?
Edit 1: 300 replies and lots of good feedback! I can tell a lot of people for want it but it may be good to use if you're the one running relic.
Edit 2: just wanna put out there that for all the people who don't have ToM, it is a very good and dependable gun. For those calling it trash, I can say with certainty that is false.
Edit 3: Jesus we're at 1100. Does anyone think it'll be extremely important in hard mode?

ToM is part of the lore for "killing" the Oryx...so you should probably have one on the team.

Need three more damn fragments- one from CoO t2 and one from CoO t3 and the last one from the raid, which I forgot when I ran it this week :(

TOM is really only good for oryx and the daughters , still a solid weapon never the less , but snipers are what we really need

I think the requirement will just be have a high attack sniper rifle more

For hardmode yes, at least the first week. The gun is just ridiculous for the last 2 bosses

maybe, I believe good use of touch of malice will be valid option for heroic raid.. even if you have touch of malice doesn't mean you will use it properly.. it could cause issues if it isn't used correctly.. touch of malice is rewarded for time played.. not skill. I am currently working on the quest line myself, but I am not stressing over it. Have 37 frags and it isn't needed for the raid atm.

Shouldnt become a requirement seeing as it can be beaten without one. But its definitely helpful. I'll be using mine for the last two fights.

Probably. I mean in hard mode if people die then your fireteam needs to pick up the dps. Enter touch of malice..
