So I got Touch of Malice the other day and I love it, so I decided to use it during Oryx. When you have the immortality, you can use the final shot (which does double damage and never runs out) for as long as you want, so everyone can do high amounts of damage to Oryx. Do you think it will become a raid requirement?
Edit 1: 300 replies and lots of good feedback! I can tell a lot of people for want it but it may be good to use if you're the one running relic.
Edit 2: just wanna put out there that for all the people who don't have ToM, it is a very good and dependable gun. For those calling it trash, I can say with certainty that is false.
Edit 3: Jesus we're at 1100. Does anyone think it'll be extremely important in hard mode?

You have to play the raid to get it, it would be a stupid requirement.
-
Some idiot somewhere will require it, yes
-
I would say only one or two need it for a super easy raid... I have it and it does a ton of damage
-
Given just how easily it can stagger Oryx, I could see it happening. Would I like it to? Of course not, but the bad players are the ones who set such requirements anyway, hence why they need it.

I thought this at first until I got it, truthfully I believe high impact snipers for the sisters is a must, and a hunter using celestrial nighthawk for oryx is a must
-
Definitely on hard because youd need your secondary and heavy ammo to kill the ogres and the shadow oryx.
-
No, too many people won't have it.

I didn't feel like finishing the quest but I said whatever now that I did the raid on my Titan. I need 3 more fragments. The one from the charged rune. One from tier 2 that won't summon for me and 2 more tier 3 smh oh and the undying strike which I really don't wanna do.

1 ReplyI wonder who here knows that the touch of malice is technically Oryx...
-
4 RepliesYep. Prepare for butt hurt "but some people have jobs and don't have time for fragment hunting"
-
Yeah for hard mode probably
