yeah just finished up a stack 28 three of coins courtesy of this weeks nightfall and only got two exotic. its just a waste of time.

I had two exotic engram's and a legendary from one boss. Working for me...

It's now 1 out of 10 it use to be 1 out of 5 that sucks I hate that I wasted about 70 coins and got only 4 exotics that was so depressing and the exotics I got were copies T_T

Out of about forty coins, I ended up with four exotics. Seem to drop at half the rate they did pre nerf.

Seems that way, I had 25 on my titan, now I'm down to about 14 or 15 and still no exotic. And I'm using them "as intended"

6 RepliesEdited by iLLuSioN: 9/27/2015 5:36:27 PMDraksis still works fine. Did heroic strikes yesterday. Got 2 out of 14. 14 strikes took like 2.30hours. Aftrr that tried draksis. Got 2 out of 16. Then went to tower and back to draksis and got 2 out of 22. If you got coins to spare draksis is still the way to do it. Strkes take forever. Bungie needs to nerf people that leave strikes because its insane how many players leave strikes and you are the only one left while bungie makes no one else join (they only join when you are at the boss -_- and then at the new strike they leave again)

Have the draksis checkpoint and load it up pop 2 then shoot him with the original method then back out then load up same checkpoint got 20 engrams per hour

2 RepliesI used one coin 6 times yesterday. I got starfire protocol, don't touch me's, suros regime and a fourth horseman. They work just fine if you aren't abusing it. It still comes down to RNG, but you only need to use 1.

Not worth what? It's 7 coins that would be burning a hole otherwise. Everyone has a bazillion heavy ammo and everyone has a bazillion coins. Nobody is gonna buy all the exotics every week for like 50 total and even if they do, let's just say I went from 0-120 coins in a week.

2 RepliesYeah, you get about two exotics per 19-27 attempts. It used to be that you'd get 3-7 per 25.

10 coins of three is 14 strange coins. I'd still say its worth it And many of us were only getting 10% before the change as well

I wait until I actually see the boss to pop one. I figured my drops would go down after the patch but I literally used 6 on Friday in about an hour and got 5 drops. Three crest of alpha lupi, a monte carlo, and a jade rabbit. I was pretty shocked.

Less than 14 coins per exotic, seems like it's still worth it to me, especially as strange coins are dropping like things that drop really frequently now.

I got an exotic after using 1, then I had to use 8 more to get my second. So it varies
