How do I get Bad Juju
I want a Bad Juju, but I have not even acquired a year 1 version, so it's impossible to get it through blueprint kiosk. My guess would be praying to RNG that Xur will have a Primary legacy engram will give me one?

You can get it through exotic engrams. I got invective so you dont need the exotic bounties anymore.

Try VoG hard and Crota hard. If not, wait until Xûr has legacy primary engrams.
