Hive vs Fallen
Who do you think would win in a Hive vs Fallen NPC battle? Post your reasons!
If you have video proof post it! [spoiler]I would go with the Hive[/spoiler]
Edit 1: Looks like hive is winning! Let's bring in bosses like Crota, Skolas, Urrox and stuff in as well, perhaps even the ships and pikes!
Edit 2: Randal the Vandal is not allowed here!
Edit 3: Who do think is most advanced in terms of weaponry and mobility?
Edit 4: Does anybody have a video of the Fallen fighting the Hive?

I picked the hive because the fallen are another race like humans that probably want to survive whereas the hive seem like they're willing to sacrifice themselves for the sake of their tace, hence the cursed thrall

3 RepliesIf we're talking a straight up battle using all of the solider each side have, my money's on the fallen. First off, the shanks have the edge over the thrall. Yeah, the thrall are quick, but shanks can levitate and have the added advantage of a ranged weapon, as well as more than two forms. The cursed thrall can only do so much, and they can end up being a liability. The exploded shanks can, too, but since they're less likely to be used, that point is moot. Dreg's and vandals have an edge over the acolytes because Acolytes are obviously the weaker of the three, that, and both of the fallen units have a wider range of weapons. Sniper vandals have range, shrapnel launcher dreg's have a powerful gun, grenades, arc blades, the list just goes on. The captains and knights fight is interesting. The can both have swords, although one is bigger. The both can have a fast firing weapon, although one tracks, and both have a power weapon, only one has AoE. This basically boils down to the shield. The captains shield, and invisibility, are what determines this fight. The wizards, shriekers, and ogres font really have a contest, BUT, neither does the fallen walker.

Hive would win but the fallen are far cooler. I'd side with them if I was a guardian and had a choice between them and the hive. Hell, even the traveller chose them in a time long past.

1 ReplyWell if you put crota in solo against every single fallen enemy, no fallen would be able to use the sword to kill him so therefore crota is inviciable to fallen and wins... no hive were harmed in this race eratication!

I feel like hive would win. Imo, Galen have a more uniform military, duke hive fight more in gorilla style. I'm not a military guru or anything, but I'm that scenario, gorilla warfare would be very effective

Hive wizard keep dodging my shots and hid behide rocks to recover... But Fallen is easy spot them because they are ground.. I hate flying enemies when I have hard time spot them when I attack on ground troops and wizards always sneak behind me or sideways then strike at me
