I find it hilarious when I see posts like this, because it's like the third generation of these posts. Xur has sold that thing 3 or 4 times. The only way you don't have one is either 1) you are incredibly stupid and chose not to buy it one of those times, or 2), are a newbie to the game, in which case you have not been playing long enough to have the right to bitch about RNG.
