Bungie has screwed UK players
I'd like to know why bungie are releasing the DLC at 6pm GMT when the reset is normally at 10 GMT. This means UK Players will lose time this week and be unable to play the DLC Till late in the evening

The delay happens to everyone, not just the UK timezone... that's how timezones work! Personally I like the 6pm time better than 10am. I can get home from work via the odd licence and grab some beers, phone the pizza in for delivery and be ready to go at 5:59pm.

The reset for where I'm at is 4 am but the dlc won't come out till 10 am not as long of a wait but a wait none the less.

Sorry but it sounds like a perfect time to me, think about it almost everyone will have finished work school n college blithe time it drops, everyone will have eaten and be sat ready to go at 6 with a full night at it, also you won't have to catch up with the rest of the world, only people I can think of who are moaning about this release time would be the jobless or night workers, night workers won't moan as they busy earning a living, jobless will they sat at home wanting everything handing to them, so in my opinion if your from the UK and moaning about the time GET A JOB

Bungie is an American company and is releasing it at 10AM in America. Sorry you're in a time zone 9 hours away. It's common sense man.

It's being pushed at 1am for me and 4am for half my clan. Grow up lad, it's a global game so someone is always going to lose out. It's only one day!

Whoa whoa dude, just calm down Bungie didn't intentionally make sure you had to wait longer, they set a time to let all players know when they're going to get it. They did say for about a month that the HOW will be released the 19th PACIFIC Time which means you should have expected this to happen. Also I'm in UK so your not the only one who has to wait longer.

So please stop saying all of us in the uk are a bunch or cry babies or moaners and insulting us on other aspects! WHO GIVES A SH*T what time it's released im just happy we will get something new to play for the rest of the week! The person who posted this topic is obviously impatient and didn't convert Pacific time into uk time as the majority of us have known for weeks the time this is being released!

7 RepliesThey're an American company, releasing dlc for a predominantly American market, at a time which suits most American customers. Plus - 5pm is hardly late, most people (including me) will just be getting home from work, and therefore is arguably the best possible time for UK players.

So you mean shortly after you SHOULD be getting off work and getting home(based off a normal job schedule)? May even give you time for some tea. While in America it's 10am-1pm, while most people have school/work. Lock it up man, someone was gonna get screwed.

You're not losing time. I mean I can start playing at 12pm CDT (my release time) and stop playing at 5pm, and you can start playing at 5pm (you're release time) and finish at 10pm. we both played for 5 hours. did you lose time? I don't think so.
