Bungie has screwed UK players
I'd like to know why bungie are releasing the DLC at 6pm GMT when the reset is normally at 10 GMT. This means UK Players will lose time this week and be unable to play the DLC Till late in the evening

It sucks but it was done at that time because of Bungie's office hours since they are located on the west coast. Hey I will trade you those hours for Obama ;-)

I like how the 1 time the reset is not in the middle of the night for westerners every non westerner loosed their mind. C'mon now. It's 1 time. Reset is usually at 3 am for me. The 1 time it's not at 3 am everyone across the world goes crazy. Chill tf out already.

1 ReplyIt is delayed for everyone for the same amount of time so everyone is in the same boat you are. Except where I am it real eases at 1 pm so I am at work at least you are home and able to play when it comes out.

The DLC is released at 1am where I live. Other Asian countries and Australia have it later than that. What exactly are you complaining about? Most of us here will have to wait until Wednesday evening to play.

Does it really matter? Destiny is a 16 or 18 rated game? If you're that age then you shouldn't be getting told when to go to bed. You can just play through the evening and drink a red bull in the morning.

I live in Washington state. Where bungie is based. We are pacific standard time here. So naturally they would ideally show up at 7 or 8 am (PST) do the final preparations, have meetings, plot world domination (bungie things) then release it at 10 am just like the dark below before it. It was nothing done to screw anybody. I'm at work so you'll be on and playing 4-6 hours before I even get home to download it. So calm down, relax, and be patient.

Right, cause businesses should cater to their lowest install base..... Bungie is headquartered on the west coast of America, their normal operating hours are probably similar to most everyone else, and their largest customer base is that dreaded evil beast America.... So guess what, want something done on British time, buy British games. Oh wait.... If I was into Japanese gamed would I cry because of a timezone difference? Nope....
