Republicans are the bestest, smartestest...caringest party of all and having nothing but your best interest at heart, including your long term financial viability. Lol.

Aside from the bad grammar, they actually do, a lot more than liberal democrats.
-
ROFL, that must be satire, Vox
-
That was intentional bad grammar mate. Guess that joke went over your head.
-
It didn't, you're just an idiot.
-
Edited by bLooM_pHaZe: 4/13/2015 9:33:03 AMI don't think so bud, you latched onto that like Sarah Palin would a random sound bite. Guess you're a Republican hey...figures. You can tell with the instant insult given. Rofl.
-
I am, I don't feel like supporting a party that lines their own pockets, then make choices that hurt the economy as a whole.
-
Well I'm not going to insult your choice of party...its your choice. However, I would disagree with any of the logic that you would put forth with extreme prejudice of facts.
-
This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard
-
It is SUPPOSED to be dumb, it's...oh forget it.
-
Not sure why? The liberal democrat's decisions are the reason the economy will get worse. Not the republicans.
-
Now THAT is the dumbest remark one could make...get brainwashed much!?
-
Seems you are, but that's none of my business.
-
Hhahahahahahhah
-
I know...he just used the high school retort of "I know you are but what am I".
-
I see no logic to this, so I'll explain, using two reasons: minimum wage increase and obamacare. First, minimum wage increase. You might think this is a good thing, people make more money. Its definitely not a good thing. The amount of jobs in this country that actually pay minimum wage are extremely few. That being said, it still has an effect on the price of producing goods/services. What this means is, yay, the guy making minimum wage gets payed more, but now everyone has to pay a higher price for stuff. In the end the economy takes a hit for the few that make minimum wage. Second, Obama care. Also a bad idea. Why? It help an extremely small portion of people, and hurts way more than it helps. Most people can afford, or get health insurance through work, they now, not only pay for their health insurance, but now the government also makes them help pay for other's. Then there are also those that don't, and live paycheck to paycheck, and still can't afford Obama care. Those people get fined! For not being able to afford it in the first place! So yes, liberal democrats hurt the economy more than republicans ever have.

Edited by karnejj: 4/14/2015 4:58:05 AM......ROFL, the housing bubble that inflated and popped during 6 years of Republican control of the White House and Congress led to the loss of 8 MILLION jobs. I'm pretty sure that one Republican disaster alone is a bajillion times worse than anything that modern US liberals have done in their entire history.
-
You mean the housing bubble brought on by what Clinton in acted during his term? Ok.
-
Edited by karnejj: 4/14/2015 6:53:39 AMThe subprime bubble started taking off in 2002 and burst in early 2006.... all during Republican control. Bush's SEC sure didn't help. Bush is the one who appointed this main bank regulator -- the guy with the chainsaw surrounded by all the major bank lobbyists. This disaster got rolling AND collapsed entirely on Republicans' watch -- 2002 to 2006. Fact. Deal with it. And it got bad enough to cause the loss of 700,000 jobs PER MONTH. Anyone who wants to yap about job losses looks like a moron if they're actually giving Republicans a pass on all those job losses.
-
Yup...but this is what I meant when facts do not get through to his fact bubble of fortified disinformation and radio sound bites from Shawn Hanity and Co. We would be wasting our time presenting any facts to him, purely based on the simple truth that he could carve a smorgasbord of red herrings and or altered semi-truths as excuses. Happens EVERY time. Gerrymandering from mainly the Republican lot, seems to be a hobby for these nutters. Functional Gov and doing their job does not even enter the canon of discourse.
-
Gotta agree with every bit of that!
-
Edited by bLooM_pHaZe: 4/13/2015 8:10:47 AMThese are so many sound bites predominantly from Faux news and the Republican mechanics here. Not say the Dems are perfect of course but there is insurmountable evidence and proof of the Republican idiocy that it baffles my mind. I'm not even American.
-
Actually I don't subscribe to any TV companies, I don't watch the news. Those are my own opinions from what I know about economics.
-
Edited by bLooM_pHaZe: 4/13/2015 10:52:35 AMWhich is honestly probably not much, you do not strike me as the kind of chap who reads on economics and advanced policy. There is nothing wrong with either watching or listening to the news, as long as you come to the plate with an open mind and watch/ read WIDELY. Then back that up with your own fact finding without adhering to what the local vox populi would want.
-
Actually I've studied economics, but I'm using basic supply/demand. Really anyone can see that the economy will fall through once the artificial demand that they put in place goes away.
-
...and yet you still think that all of what the Republican Party stands for (which is not to say the Dems are perfect), you still consciously and knowingly choose them and their no policy policies agenda. C'mon matey, anyone with half a neuron would choose the lesser of 2 evils whilst working to make his day count other than just talking the talk. Not hating on you here, just surprised. Sorry, thread jack returned guys. Lol.
