Edit: Ok let's forget about greatest, I'm looking for the most unique as I just keep getting the same responses. Solar manipulation. Before you start to protest this isn't just your "Koopas will cower in fear of your name because you're f@#*ing Mario throwing flaming balls" type of power. Imagine if you could create, shape and manipulate all the aspects of solar energy. Ranging from the simple heat factor to gravitational fields, raw nuclear energy or even natural aspects such as solar winds, geomagnetic storms, intense UV ray emissions and even promoted plant growth for those with a taste of gardening. Think of the defense side this could give you, immunity to fire, UV rays (bad tans or cancer), theoretically you could even pull a Pokemon and heal yourself using the power of the sun. You could be like Superman and manipulate the input of the amount of sun you are receiving to grow much stronger and durable then the average human being. And of course don't forget what we are all thinking, the aggressive side of this power. Who doesn't like the ability to melt through metal doors or heat your enemy’s weapon up so they throw it to the ground. But, really, fire just looks awesome. Infernos, explosions, flamethrowers -- you name it. Also think of manipulating it into multiple constructs, how cool would it be to ride a dragon made of pure fire? You could use it as small zaps just to annoy people, form in into a melee ability like the Warlocks of these forums, or even use it as a beam of pure energy. And omnidirectional solar waves would look pretty sweet when you land from out of the sky from creating thermal updrafts and it could wipe out an entire area. You could control your own body heat creating an immunity to weather, no more pants on cold days, or even have faster regeneration from the large amounts of energy you receive. If you have a super power you think is better please comment and tell me why, I always love to see a good, well though out opinion. You might even sway my mindset. And probability since every other person mentions this, if it will be something op give it a cooldown or a weakness, fir example, if I'm manipulating the intake of solar energy I receive to become super strong and incredibly durable but then I use the thermal updrafts to fly then I become less strong and less durable, the more amount of things I am manipulating the weaker they are.
