I'm only missing the Gjally and Hawkmoon, two guns Xur will never sell...

He did, but after they sold Ice Breaker the second time Bungie said nightfall completions went up too much. From what Bungie has said, the Gjally has been removed from Xur's prize table. I would love to be wrong on this one and Bungie does say a lot of stuff that isn't exactly true, but I think it was a week 1 sale and now it's gone.
