I never really noticed the agility change on the fly :S I've only ever seen it used for the abyss in crota's end.
Fang of Ir Yut and Vision of Confluence are both better, plus I'm sure you could randomly roll a nice couple perks on another NITC making it better as well. Also it doesn't have elemental damage which is a HUGE downside in my opinion.

Well, obviously we're talking about different uses of the gun. I'm talking about in PvP, where burns don't matter. And I don't know how you don't notice the speed boost, you are flying when you have MIDA equipped. You move just as fast while aiming as your normal walk speed, so sidestepping enemy fire is easier while shooting back. Plus, as I've said, MIDA's baseline stats are really good. High ROF, high stability, high mag size, maxed reload, staggering rounds to jack up whatever you're shooting at. No one in their right mind uses any exotic primary in PvE, unless they're just fooling around or in a few specific specific circumstances.

Yeah I guess I was more focusing on PvE since that's primarily what I play but I see your point. Maybe I just need to max my character's agility and then try it out again for the agility because that sounds awesome :P I've always liked the rate of fire on it too, maybe I just need to try it out a little more

Dude I just unlocked the agility perks this morning and spend a few hours in the crucible. The change in overall speed and agility is really improved, and you can get off shots at a sick rof. Took it straight up against a lot of different guns 1 on 1 and itself without too much drama.
