70 kills in "control?" Seriously?
Just saw a video on YouTube of a guy getting 70 kills in control and he was bashed more so on not capturing zones. Personally, I didn't think it was impressive (hawkmoon, p.revenge and j. hammer) but 70 kills is no small feat. Thoughts?
Edit 1: find me on PS4 you cheerleaders. I could use some myself.
Edit 2: I guess my stats in the crucible must be decent because I've yet to be called out on them like 99% of other OPs
Edit 3: I still don't know or can comprehend how I'm bashing the guy... again, "70 kills is no small feat" but forgive me if I'm not impressed. Too many factors were in play during the match.

His teammates did and he wiped the floor with the enemy making sure they couldn't capture. When someone does this good, that's control lol. He controlled the whole game. Conserved heavy drops. Beast. To people saying its not hard to get that many kills when you aren't capping, go and do what he did and post a video. This dude had an animal game and is obviously very good

It is pretty impressive. I've never even seen anyone with 30 kills alone. But...at the same time, if we all had heavy ammo around, we'd probably be just as deadly. But still, he knew how to use and farm his heavy ammo, it's not like he cheated. But...there's that tiny little voice on the back of my head that says "it's another guy who won't go for the zones in Control!". And yet, 70 kills do stack up some extra points, even if he ignored the zones.... Yeah, ok. That's badass. At the end of the day, he's much better than me at PvP anyway so I have no right to complain.

I play with a guy that seems to average 30+ and I've seen him get 49 but damn. Not bad.

As a fan of the crucible i am truely impressed especially with his sniping skills. That gameplay was incredible and all respect to him.

Kills are what earn you points in control. Holding down the zones acts as a multiplier for points earned from kills.
