So it's basically a weekly ban ?
So because some people either refuse to buy the dlc or don't have the money like myself they are stuck without anything to do this week ? Not being able to do the weekly completely screws me and all other people that haven't got the dlc. If I've payed my £60 then why should I be restricted to taking part in activites ? Am I just being moody or nah?

Everyone that hasn't purchased the dlc seems to be upset by the fact they can't do weekly or nightfall this week, however for no extra cost you're still allowed all lvl 31 gear and weapons as well as the new exotics and upgrades purchasable from xur. So, for no cost the entire content apart from the raid and one strike is now available to you, why are you complaining?

You're stuck out of getting some coins and maybe an exotic if rng favors you that day. I see it like this...it takes me roughly 3 hours to do all 6 strikes across my three characters. (Nightfall and Weekly each character) So they blocked you from roughly three hours of play...for one week. To introduce the new strikes for people that PAID money to play said strikes. So...why are you Bitching again?

4 RepliesIt's not so much of a ban. Think of it like this. The players who spent all that extra money for the DLC are supposed to get new content like new nightfall and stories and such. You can't have more than one nightfall so you have to give those players who paid for it that whole week to play. Rest of the weeks are regular so not too bad. I know it sucks if you didn't buy it and I'm sorry. Just the way it is I guess. You should buy it though no matter what. Completely worth it

Okay so I have the dlc so I'm not complaining. I only bought it cuz my brother plays. I feel like most people are upset because the parts left out to me are the biggest parts of the game. I love the weekly and nightfall. I don't think it's that they can afford it, I think that some people aren't dlc people. Battlefield 4 is probably my favorite game and I never bought the dlc and I like it still so I guess it's just different strokes for different folks.

5 RepliesI think you should be locked out of everything that is included with the dlc as well. meaning no new gear for you to get to level 31 so your stuck at level 30 because I paid for it, you shouldn't have access to it as well. That is really where they screwed up. You got locked out of two strikes for a week, but you still get all of the gear, upgrades and new exotics that I paid for. That's the bad call in my opinion, your just whining.

Console: between $350-$500 depending on which one (lower for ps3 360) Destiny: between $60-$150 depending on the version you got Then there is the XBL or PSN yearly subscription. Then there is the Internet monthly subscription. Bungie is giving non DLCers a shit ton of stuff for free too. You don't even have to buy it. But maybe just for one week, you don't get to play some content. You get what you pay for, and you didn't.

Its all just a way to make money..look at it this way, once the game releases and everyone buys it in the first month, the make HUGE money. After that they dont make anything so they need to make money somehow which is the dlc. Which in someways you are forced to buy. Its the same thing with having to buy a subscription (forgot what its called but its like the xbox gold or 3 month thing) to even play games..its how sony or microsoft makes their money after release
