ENTIRELY ABSURD! Xbox One & 360 players are being Ripped Off.

To Bungie and all Xbox players of Destiny. Xbox players you are being scammed and neglected by Bungie.
I've been an extremely committed player and community driven since the day the game was released.
Besides for myself, I know and play with Hundreds of committed players who are all (excuse my language) are being screwed by Bungie, and I bet I am on the same page that plenty of us xbox players are.
[i] So Bungie[/i], why is it that Destiny, and the DLC for both Xbox 360 and PS4 cost exactly the same, BUT players on PS4 get extra content. Including Bungie Events, Strikes, Pvp maps, and exotic weapons, and even more upon the new DLC? Why is it that all of the Xbox one and 360 players are getting (excuse my language again) -blam!-ed over?
[i]WHY is it[/i] that PS4 players are the star children because of a dispute between Microsoft? WHY is it that ALL Xbox players should suffer and 'pay the price' (LITERALLY) for what is out of our control?
[i]WHY is it[/i] that we should have to wait to an unknown date, if there will even be a date in the future to obtain the STOLEN content which should be rightfully ours upon purchase of your product?
[b]I really think we deserve some answers. I'm not sure but I believe this is practically boarder-line theft.[/b]
Switching to PS4 is not an option for most of us, financially or due our schedules. Even if we could obtain a PS4, we cannot transfer our accounts from Xbox to PS4, so countless hours of gameplay would be wasted. Let alone we would have the re-buy the game and DLC (upon release).
As or myself, I WANT ANSWERS, and so do many others.
I'm honestly to the point of spreading this all over the social media and to everyone I know to not purchase ANY DLC, or even buy the game if they have not yet.
I don't want to talk out of context for all of the other Xbox players, but i GUARANTEE 99% of the Xbox community feels the same way and I GUARANTEE A LOT of these content Scammed players may very well jump onto this band-wagon.

I remember Xbox360 getting pretty much all of the exclusive stuff last gen and the PS3 was constantly left out. All of a sudden, ps4 gets exclusive stuff on a few games, and XB1 players (not all, but some) are the ones moaning about getting screwed over. This was us for years! Get in line!

We have been talking about this for a while now man. That's what happens when you get games like titanfall exclusively for xbox. Puts other ideas in devs hands to make as much money as they hope too.

We still get the content.. Just later, be patient seriously. We will have the chance to get everything they get just on a later date. And like everyone else said it's been known before the game even came out. so take a chill pill, calm your tits, and wait with the rest of us.

Play on xbox one. Will get the content eventually. So I guess I dont really care. Sucks that PlayStation gets it first but its not the end of the world and it doesn't make me want to go get one ( not hating on it just not my console of choice )

You already knew that Playstation would be getting exclusives when you bought the game and DLC. You aren't being ripped off, that content isn't rightfully yours. Sony payed for that, Microsoft didn't. Get mad at Microsoft for alienating Bungie and then refusing to pay for a bit more.

Microsoft got a lot of exclusive content on cross-platform games last gen and blew it with years of shitty system production and a less desirable gaming system on this series of consoles.precious MS will buy into plenty of exclusives, sorry this isn't one. *The exclusive content in Destiny is some of the dumbest content. You're not missing anything.

I'm fine with them getting exclusives for any period of time but with a game that can get repetitive like destiny I would very much like to have more strikes and stuff to go through. Idk I think I would have made it exclusive for maybe let's say 5 months, but like I said a year just sounds to long of a time Edit: Oh god… I just saw how old this comment was.I take it all back please just let it die with everything else.

The Dust Palace strike and the Undying Mind strike are both pretty cool and I would like to have them in the nightfall/heroic strike rotation.

1 ReplyYou want answers, learn how the industry works. There are tons of exclusives, from whole games to timed map packs. Like everything else in life, it's all about money. Microsoft or Sony pays the publisher (Activision, by the way, not Bungie, the developer) to have content only on their system. Its all about money. I guarantee you it has nothing to do with screwing over Xbox players because Bungie is mad at Microsoft (because Bungie didn't make the exclusivity deal, Activision did). Sony paid money, Sony gets exclusives. It's really that simple.
