ENTIRELY ABSURD! Xbox One & 360 players are being Ripped Off.

To Bungie and all Xbox players of Destiny. Xbox players you are being scammed and neglected by Bungie.
I've been an extremely committed player and community driven since the day the game was released.
Besides for myself, I know and play with Hundreds of committed players who are all (excuse my language) are being screwed by Bungie, and I bet I am on the same page that plenty of us xbox players are.
[i] So Bungie[/i], why is it that Destiny, and the DLC for both Xbox 360 and PS4 cost exactly the same, BUT players on PS4 get extra content. Including Bungie Events, Strikes, Pvp maps, and exotic weapons, and even more upon the new DLC? Why is it that all of the Xbox one and 360 players are getting (excuse my language again) -blam!-ed over?
[i]WHY is it[/i] that PS4 players are the star children because of a dispute between Microsoft? WHY is it that ALL Xbox players should suffer and 'pay the price' (LITERALLY) for what is out of our control?
[i]WHY is it[/i] that we should have to wait to an unknown date, if there will even be a date in the future to obtain the STOLEN content which should be rightfully ours upon purchase of your product?
[b]I really think we deserve some answers. I'm not sure but I believe this is practically boarder-line theft.[/b]
Switching to PS4 is not an option for most of us, financially or due our schedules. Even if we could obtain a PS4, we cannot transfer our accounts from Xbox to PS4, so countless hours of gameplay would be wasted. Let alone we would have the re-buy the game and DLC (upon release).
As or myself, I WANT ANSWERS, and so do many others.
I'm honestly to the point of spreading this all over the social media and to everyone I know to not purchase ANY DLC, or even buy the game if they have not yet.
I don't want to talk out of context for all of the other Xbox players, but i GUARANTEE 99% of the Xbox community feels the same way and I GUARANTEE A LOT of these content Scammed players may very well jump onto this band-wagon.

1 ReplyAs an Xbox One player I would like to state OP does not speak for me. He is clearly retarded who does not understand exclusive content. I am completely fine with not getting the content at the same time because it will basically be a free DLC for us when we get it. Receiving a few extra strikes will give a much needed update to the ROC runs that I go on when I get bored.

That content would not have even been developed were in not for Sony arranging this. We Xbox users don't get access to it because neither we NOR Microsoft PAID for extra content. Had Sony not ponied up money for the extra content, PS users would NOT have access to that content because it wouldn't have even been developed. This is how a free market works people: competing companies with the same/similar products try to develop an edge over their competition in some way. Sony and PS3 got their ass handed to them by the Xbox 360, and now they're trying to pull some of the market to the PS4 instead of Xbox One by paying for exclusive content in games that are cross-platform. TL,DR: neither Xbox users or PlayStation users paid for the Sony exclusive content. Sony paid for that content to give their platform an edge in the market. Stop b!itching. Edit1: forgive any typos. 3 RepliesI have no issue with exclusive content, its the nature of the business. The issue is the length of time. I know COD always gives Xbox the exclusives first, but if you were a Playstation player, you didn't have to wait long to get the content, maybe a few weeks or a month or so, but you always got it relatively quickly. Having to wait this amount of time for exclusive content is pure and utter bullshit. By the time the new strikes and weapons are available on Xbox most of us will have probably moved on from the game or just won't even give a shit about it. Though honestly I'm not sure what there is to be excited about. I've watched the two PS4 strikes that are exclusive and its just more of the same boring repetitive nonsense, nothing to really look forward to. The exclusive shotgun is utter garbage. About the only thing PS has over Xbox that I'd even remotely be interested in is Hawkmoon.

It's not an unknown date. You're seriously overreacting. [b][i]it will be okay[/i][/b] From what I've heard, we aren't missing out on much. Instead of thinking it as we are losing content, think of it as them getting an extra map because sony paid a decent amount of money for it. Personally I'd rather have Microsoft invest in the servers instead of a couple maps for a game no one will be playing in 3 years. Maps that everyone gets in a year's time.

When comet launches, we will get 7 strikes vs 4 + we will get 4 more exotics. Sure PS already had them, but it'll be new to us and since all platforms will have them at that point in time they'll be put in the rotation for weeklies which PlayStation doesn't get ATM. On top of that, it's content that PlayStation paid for and wouldn't exist otherwise. So yay for PlayStation

Destiny had sided with ps for exclusivity back during pre-next gen release. You could have easily: A.) bought a ps4 B.) refused to buy Destiny You chose to do neither, and now you're being a bitch. I chose to buy the ps4 (I was a 360 diehard) and now I'm content. So now do yourself a favor. Build a time machine powered by your tears. Go back in time, buy a ps4, and stop crying. Ps. Please warn everyone to not talk about the loot cave....

hey, bro. Almost all of the PS only stuff sucks dick. First off: Dust Palace is crap. Literal. Crap. Its boss fight is 3 separate normal-boss-health enemies, with boss-health-level shields. Couple that with the fact that after you kill one, you have to handle a new wave of enemy spam, including 4 separate Elite enemies, 2 of which are Phalanxes, the other 2 are Centurions. The two worst units in the game. Second Off: Just get Invective. Not only is it guaranteed once you get its bounty, its just better because it regens ammo (though, granted, its recoil is -blam!-ing INSANE when used fully-auto). No need to go for the Fourth Horseman. Third: The other strike is pretty meh, to be honest. Its just the Black Garden reversed, with a section of enemy spam and a Vex Cyclops, culminating in an absolutely abysmally boring fight against a super Hydra that fires red void-damage bolts and has a shield that covers 2/3rds of his form with breaks between them. He just moves forward and backwards along a path, and there is some serious enemy spam here. Boring as all hells. Fourth: YOU'VE BEEN GETTING SHIT FOR YEARS FROM MICRO$HAFT. Do you not realize there has rarely EVER been a 'timed exclusive' for Playstation? And by that I mean 'Its released in japan first, THEN the rest of the world.' Meanwhile, Xbox has constantly been doing this since day one. They've found games that are on both and they've either strong-armed or bribed the companies into timed exclusive releases ranging from a month, to a full year.
