I have Hawkmoon and Thorn. TLW Worth it?

Should i get TLW or the plasma upgrade for my sparrow? Either way, i am buying something just so i can lord over people who don't have it. Which will make people more jelly/angry? A faster bike or a gun they earned?

TLW is useless for PvE. For PvP it shines only really at close ranges. Honestly I use Thorn over it in PvP.
