I don't like EA, but I don't see the problem with this. It's not like they are forcing them to do it.

It is illegal. Companies aren't allowed to pay someone to say positive things about their product [b]AND[/b] make them sign a non-disclosure agreement. The person is required by US law to to notify its audience that he/she is being payed to promote a company's product.
