I purchased every season but don’t have all the seasonal ornaments..
I purchased every season. Why do I not have all the seasonal ornaments for each character? How do I get them now?

Purchasing wasn't the only thing, you also had to level and claim them from the pass. You can only claim ornaments for seasons you reached the rank requirement. Officially you can claim current + previous season (witch). Unofficially you can claim back to season 16 - but you need to use a browser extension for it called Season Pass Pass
