Authentication is required to unlink an account and under no circumstances will Bungie help a player circumvent a platform ban or unlink an account without authentication. You will need to contact Xbox Support regarding their ban policies and whether there's an option for you to appeal. The Bungie forums are not able to assist with appeals of bans.
