Being a Tier 1.5 PVPer is absolutely brutal
My god, I’m not looking to pub stomp every game, but how is solo queue trials less sweaty than my solo queue banner? This is absolutely brutal

1 ReplyEdited by EventHorizon_16: 11/16/2023 6:56:45 PMMy IB KDA is at 2.05. I always play solo. I'm now getting matched up in between 3 and 4 stacks. It gets harder the higher you go. My KD will drop pretty good. My season KD will drop too. This is due to only the hardcore people remaining, better and more experienced. Thus, a lot of sweat matches.

Playing pvp in a declining game is always brutal ,there isn't a large enough pool to match intended opponents regardless

I've been floating at 1.65 kda (Im average and that's fine), but towards the end of the season it always drops (1.55 or something now) as the population goes down and connection quality goes poo. Don't worry about it. I seem to get alot of Russian players... really close to the UK where I live.

Iron banner has both strict skill based matchmaking and lobby balancing, trials has neither. That’s one of the many reasons why most pvp players don’t play iron banner anymore.

Dude… crucible has never been this much of an actual sh#t show. And I have 2,000 hours in pvp. I know it doesn’t say much but holy crap.

It's honestly stupid to me that normal Crucible matchmaking is random asf with an even mix of one extreme to the other while Trials/IB matchmaking is almost always garb where it's a complete missmatch every game... Honestly imo the matchmaking types should be flipped. In my experience since they changed it last, normal Crucible is the more sweaty/competitive, while Trials/IB is the more casual lol
