They started catering to casuals by introducing sbmm, airborne effectiveness, more ways to heal and get overshields, and nerfed stompees. Also as mentioned in other post here, forced win/loss ratio and bad lobby balancing sucks the joy out of pvp. Now they're on their way to trash it even further by creating Destiny 2 year 1 teamshot meta again by forcing checkmate to many modes.

Casuals... such a derogatory term for new players. What are you a professional?

"Sweat" isn't the most flattering term either. I have always wondered why people refer to themselves as casuals when they obviously pay more than a casual amount of attention to Destiny even if they don't have as much time to play it. Also, casual has been the more endearing thing to call yourself here the last few years tbh.
