Error 1622
I'm having a couple issues. Starting about 6 hours 20 minutes ago (about 1:35 pm CST), DIM stopped updating. I tried to log out and back in, no luck. Checked my Bungie account and it says under game history that I have no characters on Steam, and trying to access my triumphs/collections page gives me the error in the pic (error 1622). Likewise, the iOS companion app says I don't have any characters, either.
I can still log in to the game and play. My characters are all there and nothing is missing. But I can't seem to access the character data on Bungie's end. Does anyone have any insight as to what might be wrong?
Edit: Update (15 hours later) Error still persists. Bungie.net, DIM, companion app, and bray.tech all fail to find my character or update their info from the API.

1 ReplySame, downloaded Companion app and DIM last night to try them out. Worked for about an hour then won't load any character info. Same with Bungie.net , says I have no characters. You played with your backend too much....now you dun broke it! Lol.

Exactly the same problem and at the same time: BungieError 1622 I tried everything myself, the same type of things that you mention here. I'm somewhat relieved to see that what I experienced is common with many others, so that means there is a reasonable chance the problem will be fixed. I'm adding my two cents here which is: I'm having the same problem! Thanks.

Having the same issue since yesterday. Can’t use the companion app, bungie says I have no characters on my linked account and on the game it says I’m not in any clan. I hope this gets fixed soon

At least I found that there is an DIM app from all this API error mess :) I play game for 10 days and I was using light.gg and companion app only.
