2 RepliesEdited by DragonKnight901: 1/3/2023 8:21:30 PMI stay in the matches until they finish but if halfway through the match or so, if my parents call me to help in the kitchen with cooking or cleaning then apologies but that takes priority over a video game, parents house parents rules unfortunately, I was brought up that way.

1 ReplySeriously? I rarely leave matches, but there is obviously a deeper rooted problem than some pretentious nonsense at the core of why people are leaving games more frequently than 2 seasons ago; I hope you were singing the same tune when quitter penalties did not exist. The SBMM they so earnestly proposed is clearly not working as intended if this is the state of matchmaking. We were told it would match people of similar skill, not get completely floored one game and then stomp the next; that's soemthjng i expect out of CBMM but i cannot recall a point in time as to where i felt that way about CBMM. Then again, something tells me that's exactly the point of all this, to fix win/loss ratios to incentivise an engagement based matchmaking system akin to call of duty. An increased leaver percentage is just the tip of the iceberg with the changes SBMM proposes to this game.

2 RepliesIt’s going to be I thing until they can deal with premade teams bypassing both sbmm and cbmm for consistently busted matches. Nobody wants to be deathballed in their spawn by an ultra laggy six stack of unbrokens for 10 minutes.

I usually stay knowing I can’t win because I enjoy ruining their kd. After ~3min or so when they all become absolutely terrified of me is when I leave because they turn the teamshooting up to 11.

14 RepliesThat’s a really pretentious way to complain about people bailing on a video game.

1 ReplyGet over yourself. It’s a game. Take this frustration and solve a real problem with it.

Sometimes people have to go AFK or leave for important things.
"I will excuse the quitters that the forums complain about constantly because you addressed it with a frustration that I am deeming invalid." Edit that into your post.
I grant my excuse to those that leave a match, my matches. I can't say I care about whether or not the forums complain about people who leave matches. I don't deem your frustration invalid. I just disagree with why this should make one frustrated. Call it cowardice. Call it wanting to live life without challenge. Some just don't want to deal with facing stacked teams. I don't. While I haven't quit a match against a pre-made, I know I've wanted to. And those that do quit, who knows? I'm not going to scold them. They could be in a much worse place than me, and right now, quitting a match is right for them.
