Is this the first place you get operator? I get to the room after you shoot the panels from the ducts, with 3 turrets and a shielded fallen captain and some vandals. I got stuck there on legend and went back to normal and get stuck at same spot. I did it twice yesterday on a different character with no problems.

It was the room filled with fallen, turrets and one of the captains drops the card, right before the hiveknight/Brig fight. Only problem is he doesn't spawn in and neither dose the servitor

Yeah, that's where I get stuck too. Same thing, Captain doesn't drop card and no servitor. Thought maybe it was because I tried legend first on this character, but it's bugged in same spot either way. Solo, no fireteam.

this just happened to me multiple times. Also - not having CPs in this mission make it difficult to keep trying this only to get soft locked in that room. Made it all the way to the boss but had an internet outage. Lost all progress. Now I get stuck in the room and am unable to continue the mission
