No problem, good luck.
I'll mention this one also just in case, once you earn your fourth aspect, it appears on a second tab, unlike the first three. There should be an arrow to the right to switch tabs to find Bleak Watcher. At first glance it can look like it is missing.

I can’t start the quest again. It won’t let me. Even though I picked it up and it is in my inventory the quest steps don’t appear on the map and the quest is still able to be picked ip from the exo. Any idea how I get Bungie to assign fixing this.
