Hi there. At this time, players resetting their cards at 5–6 wins is not a reportable offense as it is not against the Code of Conduct. [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/News/Article/50729]However, it's a behavior that Bungie is aware of and they addressed it as not healthy for the game mode if it becomes more common.[/url] They will continue to monitor these stats and make changes as needed.

It’s called griefing which is against the TOS.

Plus you allow streamers use other accounts, another breaking of the ToS and reportable.
